About the Event

Most people today are struggling with at least some form of a stress disorder, whether that's from past traumas or simply carrying workloads that our bodies can't support to keep up with a society where toxic productivity is not just saluted, but expected. Toxic productivity is overworking to the point of exhaustion, being in our heads while ignoring our bodies, & living with chronic stress. Collectively we are burnt out. Medical research estimates as much as 90 percent of illness & disease is stress-related.
