Cacao Ceremony + Sound Bath

The Magic of Cacao:

Cacao is a plant medicine that with only a few sips gives you a boost of fresh, heart-opening energy. Cacao has very little caffeine & it is the theobromine that gives you that energy; the same as in green tea. It is a pure super food with living enzymes, antioxidants, healthy fats, & even stimulates dopamine. Cultures like the Aztecs & Mayans have been using cacao for healing & heart-opening effects for thousands of years.

Last year, when Laura Neal was at Finca La Amistad in Costa Rica, she was able to meet & connect with the cacao plant in every stage of its life, from seed to sacred ceremony. ☕️😻 Moved by the Cacao Spirit, Laura will be preparing a delicious cacao recipe for us from a local source & leading a beautiful heart-opening cacao ceremony. 

Sound Healing:

Sound is an extremely pure & healing force with the ability to capture, unify, & transcend the energy of an entire group. After opening our hearts to a state of receptivity with the magic of cacao, we can more easily listen with all of our senses. Aura will bath us in a rich symphony of sounds inspiring healing, harmony, & high visions.

There will also be an opportunity for chanting ~ which you can participate in or simply receive. 🕊 Whenever we make a sound, we emit a vibrational energetic force into the Universe. Chanting is an intentional practice that is conscious of the sounds we are bringing into the Universe. This is a wonderful chance to get in tune with your own frequency & receive the healing powers of your YOUnique note.

Life is vibration & all life has a frequency & a sound... even if that sound is silence. 

The Circle Way:

Circle is a social art form. Once you've taken your seat, you're there, participating in wholeness. Every person's level of engagement or lack thereof is noticeable. There is nowhere to hide or secretly check your phone or whatever gadgets keep you attached to the multitasking world. This intensified & intentional way of showing up creates deeper experiences & meaningful connections.
