About the Event
Forest Bathing is a health practice inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku, which means, “bathing one’s senses in the atmosphere of the forest”. It is an opportunity to connect deeply with nature, your senses, & yourself.
Please join us for a special Forest Bathing experience on the Fall Equinox - a time of perfect balance when the day is split evenly between light & dark. The woods can always inspire a sense of wonder, but the absolute beauty of Vermont's leaves in the Fall is another level of splendor.
Faarzein Mahmud is a forest therapy guide & the creatrix behind Forest Bathing Vermont. She trained at the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy Guides in California & is is passionate about rebuilding the sacred relationship between humans & nature.
