Full Moon Sacred Sisters Circle

Moon Shadow:

Lunar eclipses are certainly not your typical Full Moon energy. Eclipses are challenging because they bring shadow to light. At a time when emotions are heightened, the very emotions we've been trying to suppress or avoid are the ones that come to surface.

This lunar eclipse is an opportunity to FEEL through shadow emotions and OWN them as your own. As scary as it can be to feel through shadow emotions like disappointment, anger, guilt, or grief ~ avoiding them only blocks you from integrating the meaning or lesson behind that experience. When an experience isn't fully EXPERIENCED... it starts to spiral out of control!

Full Moon Ritual:

In this full Moon ritual we will confront shadow emotions head on AND practice releasing them using two different somatic healing techniques.

1) Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) - a tapping practice 

2) Somatic Shaking - a cathartic movement practice

Creating the Circle:

At the center of each circle is a beautiful mandala made out of nature & intention which we ceremoniously create together to open each circle & take apart to close. This is a powerful way to ground, connect, & create together. No two circles are ever the same & each mandala serves as an altar for the beautiful & unique experience we share together.

Location:

Please park in the first parking lot at Oakledge Park when you arrive, before the tennis courts. We will gather along the side of this parking lot (just look for a moon totem if you are new) before casting our circle in a more private location along the shore of Lake Champlain . Please arrive a few minutes early, allowing yourself enough time to park & find the meeting spot, especially if you are not familiar with Oakledge Park.

Registration is Required:

Space is limited to the first thirteen women who register in order to preserve the circle's intimacy & connection.

We are using a sliding scale of $15 - $35 for tickets to help make this event affordable to more women. If you won't notice an extra $10 or $20 out of your bank account, please consider paying more than the minimum requirement. We pour a lot of time, energy, & love into holding these circles & hope for a reciprocal exchange.
