About the Event

This Circle Includes:

โœง Opening & Closing Ceremonies

โœง Crafting your own Witch's Broom

โœง Meditation & Journaling

โœง Group Sharing

At the center of each circle is a beautiful mandala made from nature & intention. This is a powerful way to ground & center each circle while celebrating the current season of Mother Earth. No two circles are ever the same & each altar holds space for the beautiful & unique experience we share together.

Witch's Broom:

The broom is an ancient tool for practical magick; it is used to sweep a ritual area clean before casting a spell. Sweeping with a witch's broom is not intended to make your house spotless, but is a symbolic act for maintaining your home as a personal sanctuary. To purify your space with as much of your own personal energy as possible, a broom you have crafted by hand is best. It is important that you do not use a ritual broom for regular housecleaning.ย

In this circle, we will use dead grass harvested by Luna to make a small purification broom, adding crystals & herbs to boost its power. Smaller brooms are ideal for cleansing altars & hanging on doors. Witches usually leave their purification brooms near doorways pointed up for protection, believing that any negative energy entering a room will be neutralized by entering one end of the broom then traveling down, up, and out.

Location:

Please park in the upper parking lot at Saratoga Waterfront Park. We will gather under the pergola before casting our circle in a more private location.
