Creating the Circle:

At the center of each circle is a beautiful mandala made out of nature and intention which we ceremoniously create together to open each circle and take apart to close. This is a powerful way to ground, connect, and create together. No two circles are ever the same and each mandala serves as an alter for the beautiful & unique experience we share together.

Please bring anything you would like to contribute to the circle's alter.

Inner Peace Ritual:

In this circle, Kat Deangelus, founder of Kat's Dynamic Bodywork, will lead us through an inner peace ritual to illuminate what inner peace means to every individual. This ritual is an opportunity to participate in a powerful energy clearing and assist processes of change, growth and transformation with the gentleness & support of inner peace.

Inner peace is important to get in touch with deeply because we only truly contribute toward world peace when we are a conduit of love and peace ourselves. If you wish for world peace externally, you might perhaps be wishing for inner peace at a deeper level.

Kat is a certified Rolfer and MovNat Trainer in Waterbury, VT with 20+ years of experience in the healing arts, wellness, and fitness fields.
