Co-Hosted by Laura Neal:

Laura Neal is a yoga teacher, jewelry maker, & spiritual seeker. She studied world religions, focusing on Buddhism & eastern philosophies in college & then went on to get her 300 hr yoga teacher training in India & Vermont. Since then she has been traveling often, exploring different types of meditation & running her jewelry business where she makes mala bead necklaces for counting mantras & other gemstone pieces that help people set intentions for living in alignment. Most recently, Laura spent 3 months at an eco-village in Costa Rica, connecting & working with the land & getting to know herself on a deeper level. She is excited to share some new practices she has learned in circle & to continue connecting and cultivating community.

Creating the Circle:

At the center of each circle is a mandala altar ceremoniously created together with sacred intention. This is a powerful way to ground, connect, and create together. No two circles are ever the same and each altar holds space for the beautiful & unique experience we share together.

Location:

Please park in the first parking lot before the tennis courts. We will gather near the entry of this parking lot before casting our circle in a more private location along the shore of Lake Champlain. Please arrive a few minutes early, allowing yourself enough time to park and find the meeting spot, especially if you are not familiar with Oakledge Park.
