Full Wolf Moon Circle & Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic dance is a spiritual medicine that has been around for thousands of years, but colonialism and the patriarchy have suppressed this ancient healing art. Ecstatic, cathartic, free-form dance bring us into our fullest expression of self. What type of movement you're drawn to reveals the type of somatic healing your body needs... HEALING and DANCE have EVERYTHING to do with one another! Shaking, twerking, and belly dance are all examples of different types of movements that can bring you into ecstacy ~ an emotional state transcending the self.

Spirituality is not about leaving the body; it is about being so completely in the body that you feel one with it. This circle is an invitation to embody your highest self NOW ~ to embrace exactly who you are, exactly where you are at, and enjoy all that life has to offer.

Creating the Circle

At the center of each circle is a beautiful mandala made out of nature and intention which we ceremoniously create together to open each circle and take apart to close. This is a powerful way to ground, connect, and create together. No two circles are ever the same and each mandala serves as an alter for the beautiful & unique expereince we share together.

Please bring anything you would like to contribute to the circle's alter.
