Healing Sound Bath:

Sound is an extremely pure & healing force with the ability to capture, unify, & transcend the energy of an entire group. In this sound bath, Stephen Scuderi will bathe our senses in a rich symphony of sounds using hand-made hammered brass sound bowls (Indian & Nepali). After dropping into a state of restoration, we can more easily receive with all of our senses the benefits of these healing instruments. As we embark on an inner journey, Luna Brooke will help the group to channel pranic light to the whole body system in order to heal at an even deeper energetic/cellular level.

Hammocks Available for Floating Sound Bath:

Opt for a floating sound bath by signing up for one of our aerial hammocks (4 available). These are not only fun for swinging & playing in, but also provide a special nest for your inner journey much like being in a cocoon or womb.

Optional Social to Follow:

After closing circle, you are invited to hang out for another thirty minutes (7:30-8:00 PM) to enjoy some tea, share about your experience, & get to know your fellow community members. 💞
