New Moon in Scorpio

The New Moon is a sacred time when the moon is dark, at the end of one cycle and beginning of another. This is a potent time to plant dream seeds for the next cycle. In this circle we will relax, restore, & reset ~ setting intentions individually and as a group for the new moon cycle ahead.

Restore & Reset with Yoga Nidra

If you are used to yoga flows, than yoga nidra may feel more similar to a nap. Yoga nidra means to "sleep with awareness" and is designed to help enter delta brain waves quickly, where restoration occurs on a mental and physical level. This complete yoga nidra includes gentle stretching, pranayama, sleeping awareness, and deep meditation. Taking the time for such a deeply healing and restorative practice is a wonderful way to release any feelings of exhaustion or frustration and reset for the New Moon cycle ahead.

This event is for gender affirmed females ONLY, ages twelve and up. The cost to attend is $10 to cover the cost of the venue.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask for the yoga nidra practice. It is not necessary to have all of these things, so just bring what you do have and know that is enough! If you don't have a yoga mat, please bring an extra blanket instead. Please also bring a candle to carry your intention(s) home with you
