About the Event

This Circle Includes:

  • Opening & Closing Ceremonies
  • Tea Ceremony
  • Dance Break
  • Group Sharing

This circle will take place inside a bell tent centered around a mandala alter with dancing outside. 🌙

Tea Ceremony:

Tea Ceremony is a silent, meditative practice to facilitate inner inquiry & connect with your intuition, body, & spirit.  Enjoying tea in ceremony allows you to both take part in an intentional ritual & to drop into a contemplative & meditative state with more ease. It is a powerful & activating tool. 🍵

The tea is from Living Tea, which is sourced from China, Japan, & Taiwan.  All of their tea is seed-grown in their native environment & free of any chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or weed-killers. Much of the tea is sourced from old-growth plants, many of which are older than 100 years. The specific tea we will be enjoying in ceremony is a Shou Puerh blend grown & harvested in the 1990s.

A Summer Celebration:

Summer has arrived, when the days are long, nights warm, & flowers, fruits, & herbs are in full bloom. With the Sun having reached its peak, all the colors in the garden have brightened & now the butterflies, bees, & birds are spreading their wings & singing. This is an enchanted time of year which cultivates a playful sense of carefree abandonment. It is a time for celebration of all that is alive!

Location:

The meeting spot for this circle is at Luna's home, along the shore of Arrowhead Mountain Lake. The exact address will be sent after completing registration & is approximately 25 minutes from Burlington or about 2 minutes off of Exit 18.
