New Moon Sacred Sisters Circle

This Circle Includes:

• Kriya Yoga

Kriya & Visualization:

Kriya yoga uses a combination of mudras (hand gestures), mantras (chanting), bandhas (energy locks), asanas (yoga poses), & pranayama (breathwork) to help awaken your kundalini energy, which is the most potent form of energy in the human body. Kriya Yoga is closely related to Kundalini Yoga & involves consciously controlling the movement of prana (vital energy) up & down two central passageways along the spine.

After waking up your kundalini energy, it is a potent opportunity to do some visualization work! This New Moon is in Sagittarius ~ a sign connected to the third-eye Chakra & known for being optimistic/idealistic in nature. For Sagittarians, what excites is a sense of potential & possibility. They possess farsightedness & the confidence to believe everything will work out well in the end. Harnessing Sagittarius' optimistic outlook we will focus on visualizing our BEST CASE SCENARIO!

Visualization is the practice of imagining what you want to achieve in the future as if it were true today using all of your senses.

Sacred Circles is an intimate event space for spiritual healing in Fairfax, Vermont, approximately 25 minutes from Burlington or about 2 minutes off of Exit 18. In a stargazer bell tent, the space is sure to elevate your connection with nature while providing all the amenities of comfort including a wood fired stove & fur rugs.

Space is limited to the first ten women who register in order to preserve the circle's intimacy & connection.

We are using a sliding scale of $18 - $38 for tickets to help make this event affordable to more women. If you won't notice an extra $10 or $20 out of your bank account, please consider paying more than the minimum requirement. We pour a lot of time, energy, & love into holding these circles & hope for a reciprocal exchange.
