About Yoga Nidra:

Yoga nidra means to "sleep with awareness" & is designed to help you enter delta brain waves, so that restoration can occur on a mental & physical level. If you have never practiced yoga nidra before, it may feel more like a nap than yoga as you are familiar with it. This practice involves moving awareness to 61 points in your body to enter a deep state of meditation & relaxation.

Dreamwork - New Moon in Sagittarius:

The New Moon is in Sagittarius, connected to the third eye Chakra. 👁 You have two eyes to see the world outside of you & one to see the world inside of you. Your third eye is the portal to intuition, imagination, visualization, & higher vision. From this energy center, you are able to see into & beyond this moment, into the highest path for your soul. After entering a trance state through yoga nidra, we will explore personal dreams. In dreamland, we are released from life's limitations & catch a glimpse of a world less ordinary where anything is possible. This helps to illuminate what you truly dream of achieving in this life.

I am using a sliding scale of $15 - $35 for tickets to help make this event affordable to more women. If you won't notice an extra $10 or $20 out of your bank account, please consider paying more than the minimum requirement. I pour a lot of time, energy, & love into holding these circles & hope for a reciprocal exchange. The suggested ticket amount & fair-trade value is $25.
