Midsummer Retreat:

This Midsummer we will be gathering for a long weekend to explore the world as women do ~ through laughter, ritual, nature walks, stargazing, & heart centered connection. Everything from lodging, delicious vegetarian meals, activities, & other goodies will be provided; all you have to do is get yourself there! Here is the weekend itinerary:

Friday, June 16th

Saturday June 17th

• 8:00 AM - Breakfast
• 9:00 AM - Cacao Ceremony + Mandala Altar Offering
• 11:00 AM - Kundalini Yoga
• 12:00 PM - Picnic Lunch
• 2:00 PM - Dynamic Breathwork with Sound Healing
• 4:00 PM - Free Time or Optional Hapé Ceremony
• 5:00 PM - Grand Dinner
• 7:00 PM - Candlelit Ceremony for Somatic Expression

Sunday, June 18th

Participate in as many or as few activities as you heart desires. Per usual, we have absolutely no expectations of you as I hold no expectations for myself. If you are feeling super anti-social, introspective and quiet - be as you are. If you are feeling more open and magnetic - be as you are. Simply come as you are & give expectations the weekend off.

Gemini New Moon Circle:

The New Moon is in Gemini, a sign ruled by Mercury (aka the messenger planet) & connected to our Throat Chakra. The Throat Chakra's Sanskrit name is Vishuddha, which translates from two Sanskrit words: vi, meaning "especially", & shuddhi meaning "pure”. When we communicate from our highest sense of truth, we cleanse our psyche on a physical & mental level. Truth is purifying. In this New Moon ritual we will explore truth through five lens: 1 - Honesty with yourself about yourself. 2 - Honesty with others about yourself. 3 - Honesty with yourself about others. 4- Honesty with others about others. 5- Honesty with everyone about everything.

This Retreat is located at Wild Sugar Homestead in Eastern Vermont located at 1341 Tucker Mountain Rd, Newbury, VT 05051.

This is an intimate retreat for women only (trans-women welcome) so that we can create a safe & cozy container together. Choose between a private room, shared room, or shared bed if you're coming with a friend.
